House Share Bristol provides high-quality shared accomodation for young people living, working and studying in Bristol. 

Our motto is "We're picky because you are".  It's not politically correct but we believe house shares work best when you share with people of a similar age and background.  That's one reason we think carefully before placing new flat mates in our house shares. 

It's important to share with fun flatmates but equally it's not in anyone's interest to share with people who don't pay their way or take their fair share of responsibilities.  That's another reason we're picky about who we let live in our houses.

We do our best to make things easy, for example by including bills in the rent and by having a clearly defined service level agreement about when and how quickly we fix things.  If the shower or heating breaks, we'll sort it in 24 hours.  If a curtain falls down we'll respond within 7 days.  Some things are more important than others and we set the rules at the start so everyone knows where they stand.
